Follow a round through flight and impact, then trace the wound and its effects on the body. Nutrition and stamina determine how much effort the injured character can sustain.

Each hit is traced through tissue, bone, blood vessels, nerves and organs. Nearby entry points can damage different structures inside the body.
Injuries change the body over time, affecting movement, consciousness and weapon handling. Each treatment addresses a specific problem.
Sustained effort relies on oxygen-supported power and stored energy. Short bursts draw on limited reserves. Food, water, heat, sleep and injury affect performance and recovery.
All four systems are implemented prototypes. Their coverage, balance and visual feedback are still being developed.
