An upgrade can remain a place in the world

Supplies can become stations, defenses, and recruit-linked structures, keeping progression visible in the places you return to instead of hiding it inside a menu.

Ministry finding

Progression can change the level or purpose of a recognizable physical place, so the base carries evidence of what you chose to build.

Player reference // Ministry record

Base asset record

Progression occupies physical space.

Supplies can become a station or defense the player can return to and recognize. The object changes in the world when its function changes.

The base record connects cost, upgrade state, damage, and persistence so the player can see where resources went.

DispositionAsset retained under local base authority

Physical persistent progression

Base progression is attached to placed actors with saved upgrade and condition state. Stations and defenses can receive new function without becoming detached menu bonuses.
